Toddy Brook Men’s League
League Overview. The men’s league is open to Member’s and Public guests. Participating in the league is a great way to meet fellow golfers and play in a fun weekly competition
Format: There will be two flights of 10 teams. Regular season matches will be on Wednesday evenings and will start on May 17th. There will be nine regular season matches and then playoffs. The format will be four ball match play (Two vs Two). The league will be net. Players will receive strokes based off of the low handicap in the group. 10 points will be available in each match, teams will win one point for winning a hole, half point for a halved hole and one point for the match winner.

Regular Season: 5/17, 5/24, 5/31, 6/7, 6/14, 6/21, 6/28, 7/12, 7/19
Playoffs: 7/26, 8/2, 8/9, 8/16
Weekly Start Time: The start time is a 5:00PM shotgun. Please arrive early to check in with the pro shop and pick up your scorecard.
Entry Fee: The men’s league is open to the public and the entry fee is $50.00 for year end prizes and banquet. Plus a weekly fee of $15.00 for nightly winners, pins & skins. Non-Members can either pay a weekly greens fee of $25.00 (walking) and $13.00 for cart or can purchase a league 14 week pass for $300.00 walking or $480.00 riding
Registration: As of May 4th the league is full. Please contact Rick Altham at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to be added to the waiting list. Teams may be added if there are enough teams to evenly fill the two flights.
Teams: Two player teams, participants make their own team. Teams can register for the league via the golf genius hub. The first 20 teams to register will be eligible to participate in the league.
Flights: There will be two flights with 10 teams in each flight. Each team will play every team within their flight once during the regular season.
Playoffs: The top eight teams from each flight will qualify for the playoffs. The eight teams that qualify for the playoffs within each flight will play head to head matches to determine the flight champion. The flight 1 champion and flight 2 champion will play the championship match which will determine the league champion. Ties within flights will be broken by head to head point totals from the regular season match. If the head to head point totals doesn’t break the tie, then the second tie breaker will be the winner of the regular season match. The final tie breaker will be a card match starting on the final hole of the head to head regular season match. Teams that get eliminated from the playoffs are eligible to compete in the tournament series (See Below).
Consolation Matches: The two teams within each flight that don’t qualify for the playoffs, will play a consolation match.
Team Championship Match: The league champion will be the winner of the Flight 1 VS Flight 2 championship match.
Individual Points Champion: The individual points champion will be the player with the most points accrued throughout the regular season matches.
Prize Money: All prize money will be paid out in golf shop credits. Credits will be posted to your account in our point of sale software. The pro shop staff can give you your up to date credit balance.
Handicaps: All players must have a USGA handicap in order to participate in the league. The maximum handicap will be 36.
Weekly Sweeps Games: The team entry fee is $15.00. The formats are BB Gross & Net, CTTP and skins.
Tournament Series: The optional tournament series will begin when the league playoffs are complete. The weekly entry fee is $15.00 per team. The tentative dates and formats are:
Week 1 – 8/2 – Best Ball of Two Gross & Net
Week 2 – 8/9- Team Modified Alternate shot Gross & Net
Week 3 – 8/16 – Team Quota
Week 4 – 8/23 – Season end scramble
